In this point & click adventure game, players set out to discover the deepest ocean trench in the Pacific Ocean: Challenger Deep. This fictional game doesn’t teach you how to pilot a submarine or discover what lies hidden at a depth of 10,000 m, it instead helps you discover yourself through your strengths, your environment, and your ability to cooperate with others. It’s a journey through your own personality!

RECRUIT

At various stages in your recruitment process, this game – the shorter version of it – can be used to attract new talent by developing your attractiveness, to identify the people who best match your culture and fostering exchanges. Gamabilis offers a solution that can be integrated directly into your existing systems, or we can create a complete service with our partners to help you identify and select candidates.

TRAIN

With a view to team development, this game – the longer version of it – takes place in a hybrid experience. During the initial and entire remote sequence, your teams discover the experience in the form of 7 episodes lasting a total of around 1 hour 30 minutes. Their journey will feed into individual and collective profiles that will be used during a day of 11 seminars (preferably face-to-face). The soft skills identified in this way help to improve your management culture and practices. This is incorporated into a preliminary discussion with you about the angle you want to take looking at cooperation between peers, teamwork, building loyalty and personalising the game.

HOST

The 100% digital/remote version of the Challenger Deep experience is perfectly suited to teams who don’t get much opportunity to meet up to develop their mutual knowledge, mobilise people around a company project and encourage commitment and retention. It can also be deployed in international teams, thanks to the English-language version. The customisation features can also be adapted to suit your own setup.
