GAMABILIS (“the Publisher”) undertakes to ensure the highest level of privacy protection regarding the personal data of the user of the Application (“the User”) in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by the “LCEN” Act of 6 August 2004.

  1. Data collected: The Application collects personal data. IFor the sake of transparency, a pop-up asks Users for their explicit consent to the use of their personal data when they open the Application. Any refusal on the part of the User will automatically close the Application.
    The data collected and subsequently processed by the Application is the data that the User may submit to the Publisher voluntarily by filling in the various forms on the Application and through the interactivity established between the User and the Application. The Publisher namely collects and processes the User’s surname, first name, address, email address, gender and date of birth. The User is informed whether the data is mandatory or optional at the time of collection. In addition, certain data is collected automatically as a result of the User’s actions on the Application (connection data, the User’s actions and browsing on the Application, the device’s IP address).
    The Publisher understands the importance of taking additional precautions to protect the privacy of minors and keep them safe. Accordingly, the Publisher does not knowingly collect, use or disclose the personal data of minors under the age of 15 without verifiable parental consent. If the Publisher becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a minor under the age of 15 without verifiable parental consent, it undertakes to take all steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
  2. The data collected by the Publisher is processed for the purposes of processing operations concerning the Application’s content. It is used to personalise and improve the services that the Publisher provides to the User and the information that the Publisher sends the User. The User may request to no longer receive these emails by contacting the Publisher at contact@gamabilis.com or by clicking on the link included for this purpose in each of the emails sent to the User.
    For certain data only, identified in the corresponding form, and subject to the User’s voluntary and active consent via the said form, the User agrees that their data may be sent to the Publisher’s commercial partners for marketing or advertising purposes. These commercial partners may send the User information by email as part of specific, one-off promotional operations. These partners are specially selected by the Publisher on the basis of the quality of their products and services. The User may request to no longer receive these emails at any time by contacting the Publisher at contact@gamabilis.com or by clicking on the link included for this purpose in each of the emails sent to the User.
  1. Recipients and use of data: The data collected is intended exclusively for the Publisher. It may be passed on to sub-contractors and partners used by the Publisher to provide its services. These service providers have access to the personal information required to perform their services and are not authorised to use it for any other purpose.
  1. Data retention period: The data collected is kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out above. Beyond this period, only anonymised statistical data will be kept and will not be used in any way whatsoever.
  1. Data security: The personal data collected is kept in a secure environment. Persons working for the Publisher are required to respect the confidentiality of such information. The Publisher undertakes to maintain high standards of confidentiality.

Right of access and rectification: In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning them.
